ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
This course examines the manager’s role in dealing with behavior at all organizational levels. It emphasized the need for interpersonal and group skills. Applications of behavior science concepts and findings to organizational situations are included. Topics include motivation, communication, leadership, conflict and change.
