This week you will be introduced to Organizational Communication for Leaders. Communication is an integral part of leadership as it "sets the stage" for subordinates, peers, and stakeholders. It can build rapport, generate trust, and encourage collaboration with others. Moreover, communication can help problem solve and aid in organizational decision-making. All leaders utilize organizational communication in their daily activities, and we'll discuss what can be done to maximize this important skill.
